FlyerJam Terms of Service

1. Service Definition and Scope

FlyerJam provides tools for creating live event flyers by combining user-provided images, text, and layout controls.

2. Account Registration and Management

Users are responsible for accurate registration details, keeping credentials secure, and all activity performed through their account.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not misuse FlyerJam or upload material that violates laws or third-party rights.

Uploading images that infringe copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights.
Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, interference, or other fraudulent use of FlyerJam.
Using FlyerJam to distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights in User Content

Users retain their rights in content they create or upload, but grant FlyerJam the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and deliver the service.

5. Handling of Uploaded Images

Uploaded images may be stored and processed only as necessary to generate flyers, maintain service quality, enforce safety rules, and comply with legal obligations.

6. Credits and Payment

FlyerJam uses a credit-based system for flyer creation. Credits are purchased as one-time packs via Stripe Checkout. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Credit packs are offered at posted prices (e.g., 5 credits for $10, 12 credits for $20, 20 credits for $30). Prices are in USD and may be subject to change.
One credit is consumed each time you save a new flyer. Downloading, editing, and previewing existing flyers does not consume credits.
Credits have no expiration date, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of value.
Because credits are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not available. If you experience a technical issue that prevents credit delivery, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the matter.
FlyerJam may change credit pack prices at any time. Price changes will be announced in advance on the service. Existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Consumer Terms of Service.

7. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

FlyerJam may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, or business reasons.

8. Disclaimers and Limited Warranties

FlyerJam is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, FlyerJam disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FlyerJam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of the service.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court has the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance for disputes related to FlyerJam.

11. Changes to These Terms

FlyerJam may revise these Terms when necessary. Material changes will be announced on the service or by another reasonable method, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act

The following business information is disclosed in accordance with Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
